The Better Fairway Foundation is a structured, six-week golf-specific training program built on the proven principles of the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). We focus on the physical foundations that actually influence your swing—so the work you do in this program shows up on the course.

Over six progressive weeks, you’ll build the mobility, stability, strength, and rotational power that every golfer needs to move better, swing freely, and play longer (without fighting your body).

Week 1–2: Mobility & movement quality

We start by unlocking the mobility golfers need most—especially in the hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders—while teaching efficient movement patterns rooted in TPI principles.

You’ll learn dynamic warm-ups you can repeat before every round or range session to feel loose, balanced, and ready.

Week 3–4: Stability, strength & control

We layer in golf-specific strength and stability work, focusing on the core and lower body so you can create a solid, repeatable base for your swing.

You’ll feel stronger through impact and more stable in your setup, transition, and finish—without adding bulk or stiffness.

Week 5–6: Rotational power & transfer

We finish by building rotational power and speed through drills that closely mirror your swing—so the gains you make in the gym carry over to the tee box.

You’ll leave with a clear plan to keep progressing and maintain your new foundation long after the program ends.

Is this program right for my age and skill level?

Yes. The Better Fairway Foundation is appropriate for a wide range of ages and ability levels. Because it’s led by licensed physical therapists and trained professionals, exercises can be scaled or modified based on your experience, current fitness, and any previous injuries.

Do I need to be pain-free to join?

Not necessarily. Many golfers join because they feel stiff, tight, or experience mild discomfort when they play. Our clinicians are trained to work with golfers who have a history of aches and pains. If you’re currently under care for an injury, we recommend getting clearance from your provider first.

Will this replace my swing lessons?

No. This program is designed to complement (not replace) your work with a teaching professional. We focus on what your body can do—mobility, stability, strength, and power—so your swing coach has more options and fewer limitations to work with.

What should I bring to each session?

Comfortable athletic clothing, supportive shoes, and a water bottle. You won’t need your clubs for most of the work we do, but your coach may occasionally ask you to bring a club for specific movement drills.

How do I lock in early-bird pricing?

Submit your registration and secure your spot before the program begins. Early-bird tuition for the full six-week program is $450. After that, the regular price is $500, and space is limited.
